Blue Star Ford is the dealer where we bought our vehicle back in 2015 and we have always been very happy with the service. Our most recent service involved a recall where we had 2 appointments - first to determine if we did need the new parts, and the 2nd for the installation. Wes our Service Advisor did a super job. The Reception gal is very welcoming and pleasant.

From greeting me as a new customer, to delivering my new vehicle Bluestar Ford was exceptional. Colin understood my wants and needs, and was able to ensure they were met. Each and every person at the dealership from finance to service were great. The truck I wanted had just arrived in the lot..not yet unwrapped. The dealership had it prepped and ready to go within the week...and sooner than expected! Best of all...it hadn't even been test driven! Great job! Looking for a Ford? Go and see Colin at Blue Star!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience while looking to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was so patient, understanding, and took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed or pressured, and the level of care and attention we received was truly appreciated.

A special thank you to Colin and Jake for going above and beyond and making the experience so positive. You are a fantastic team, and we would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a vehicle and exceptional customer service!

I have recently had a recall with my truck and have taken it to Bluestar Ford for the repairs.
Emily has stayed in communication with me and I was called 3 times in one day for updates which is very much appreciated. They have encountered some issues in regards to repairs and I was immediately offered a loaner vehicle as my vehicle will need to stay in the repair bay till fixed. The customer service from Emily has been exceptional!
I will update the review based on the outcome of the total experience.
Thanks Emily!

I am writing to share the excellent experience we had purchasing our Lincoln from Blue Star Ford Lincoln last week. We initially met our sales representative, Ron, two weeks prior to our purchase. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, Ron greeted us immediately and made the entire buying process incredibly smooth. He then transitioned us to Tracey, the business finance and insurance specialist. Tracey was 100% prepared, with all of our paperwork perfectly organized and ready to go. We truly appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service from both Ron and Tracey!

Thank you for a great experience !

Moved to the Simcoe area a few years ago. Now have 2 Lincoln's and Blue Star Lincoln has been taking care of both of them. Great service. Emily is fantastic. Loaner cars when I need them, home drop off service and always get a clean car back. Definitely a great team I count on.

I had a few issues with my 2025 Bronco, Emily in service was amazing! She kept in touch with me and let me know how everything was going. She made sure I had a loaner immediately. She was prompt to get me in as soon as possible. The mechanic fixing my Bronco was thorough. He took my car for the weekend, with my permission of course, to ensure it was in perfect working order. I am so grateful for Emily and how well she took care of me! Thank you Blue Star Ford.
